The Connection is through Joe Lavers at Prestige who, following an 8-week training course in boxing at the age of 52, fought at the Brighton Metropole Hotel where Lennox Children’s Cancer Fund was the designated charity, for which all the boxer’s raised money.  

After this introduction, Joe then went on to organise several boxing events for the charity over a period of 5 years, in addition to his full-time job in the travel industry.  He jumped at the chance to suggest BRIGHT fundraise for this incredible cause.
